These Terms of Use govern the purchase and use of products manufactured and supplied by MJ Ujala Industries India Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ujala Door” or “The Company”), a certified entity. By purchasing or using Ujala Door products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- Product Quality and Manufacturing
Manufacturing Standard: Ujala Door products are manufactured by MJ Ujala Industries India Pvt. Ltd., a Certified Company, utilizing advanced automatic software machines to create beautiful and precise designs.
Material Warranty: Every Ujala Door utilizes hardwood ply (as specified for the particular model), guaranteeing a product that is strong, durable, and reliable.
Product Representation: The Company strives to ensure that product images and descriptions accurately represent the doors. However, due to the nature of wood and manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, grain, and finish may occur.
- Supply and Delivery
Supply Area: Ujala Door products are currently supplied across every district of Madhya Pradesh, India. Delivery outside this region may be subject to additional terms, charges, and availability.
Delivery Estimates: Any delivery dates provided are estimates only. Ujala Door will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
- Limited Guarantee & Motto
Durability Guarantee: The Company’s core belief is captured in the motto: ‘Ek baar lagaiye… baaki bhool jaiye.’ This signifies Ujala Door’s confidence in the product’s longevity and low-maintenance nature.
Warranty Scope: Ujala Door provides a limited product warranty covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Specific warranty details, duration, and conditions are provided on a separate warranty card at the time of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or acts of nature.
- Limitation of Liability
Exclusive Remedy: In the event of a product defect, the Company’s liability is limited, at its option, to either repairing or replacing the defective door or refunding the original purchase price.
Exclusion of Damages: Ujala Door shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of revenue or property damage) arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
- Intellectual Property
Design Rights: All designs created using the automatic software machines and featured on Ujala Door products are the exclusive intellectual property of MJ Ujala Industries India Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of these designs is strictly prohibited.
- Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and specifically the jurisdiction applicable to MJ Ujala Industries India Pvt. Ltd. in Madhya Pradesh.
